It’s almost time for Made In Chelsea season 27 to air, which will see a bunch of familiar faces (and some new ones) settle back onto our screens. However, one MIC star who won’t be returning to the show is Bella Sharpe.

Having joined the popular reality TV series last year, it's been reported that fashion PR Bella will no longer be appearing in the upcoming season following her split from Reza Amiri-Garroussi, which saw her stuck in the middle of a love triangle while filming in Sydney. Bella is noticeably absent from the season 27 cast list.

Now, it’s been reported that fashion PR Bella has left the show to focus on her career. A source told MailOnline, ‘Bella has decided to leave Made In Chelsea after a year. She joined the show as Reza’s partner and now they’re no longer together, she didn’t see much point in remaining on the series.'

‘Her fashion career is incredibly important to her, and all she wants now is to focus on her work, without  having to worry about any TV drama.’

Bella revealed last year that she had quit her job at fashion brand Flannels to star on MIC, saying it was ‘impossible’ to balance filming with her workload as a PR. She shared, ‘I was working as a PR manager, and I was there for about a year and a half and then I went to Corsica.’

‘I left Flannels because I needed to be at my desk for 9-6 every single day and it was just impossible. Now I’m freelancing in PR and working on a brand.’

At the time, Bella also noted that leaving the show was on her mind – insisting she would quit before she turned 30. ‘I don’t want to be doing this past 30,’ she added. ‘If I’m still 30 and doing this, then I have not achieved my career goal.’

Having originally joined the show as Reza’s love interest, Bella’s relationship with the star came to a tense end during the filming in Sydney. Their relationship was complicated by Reza’s close bond with ex-girlfriend Ruby Adler, with the pair even kissing while filming in Australia. Stuck in a love triangle, a heartbroken Bella told Reza, ‘We don’t need to speak ever again.’

Returning cast members to the latest series of MIC include the likes of Reza, Ruby Adler, Maeva D'Ascanio, Tristan Phipps, and Sam Prince and Yasmine Zweegers. As well as some old favourites, season 27 will include five newcomers – Sam Vanderpump, Jack Taylor, Julia Pollard, Tina Stinnes and Zeyno Taylan.

Made in Chelsea starts Monday 15 April at 9pm on E4. Stream on Channel 4.
