Piper-Ivy Huxley is a Homes and Lifestyle Product Writer working across brands like Closer, Heatworld and Yours Magazine. She dabbles in creativity and spirituality. Her interests know no bounds! She invests her time in entertainment, fashion, cooking and gaming.
At the University of Reading, Piper studied for a BA in English Literature and Theatre; it was here that she was able to demonstrate her love for storytelling. She graduated with a 2:1 in 2021. For three years, Piper has been a Commercial Content Writer at Bauer Media Group. She loves writing cosy content.
Aside from her homely obsessions like setting a Goodreads reading goal, Piper is always online, jumping on trends to make engaging content and is obsessed with music, interior design and tattoos. Using social platforms, Piper is ‘eternally online’ and is up to date with popular culture. She’s obsessed with anything sustainable and alternative.
Piper is the (self-professed) designated interiors and homeware writer for Grazia – equipped with a keen eye for interior design and any homeware trend. Piper’s main interest is celebrity homes. How the after half live, eh? Whether it’s the Beckhams or RuPaul, Piper is hot on their homes, hoping to find inspiration for her bedroom – with budget-friendly homeware buys and DIY hacks. She would describe her interior taste as mid-century modern, meets a sprinkle of cottagecore and a smidge of Art Deco.
Outside of work, Piper is usually seen re-watching a TV show, making obscene amounts of soup, listening to a podcast while playing on her Nintendo Switch, or staring at her pile of unread books – which seems to be mysteriously growing... Also, she curates her own indie music blog, Piper's Playlist.
