Selling Sunset fans will be excited to know that the impending eighth season of the high octane reality real estate show will drop on Netflix on 6 September. The trailer for the new series teases high stakes drama as the agents navigate love, betrayal and loyalty both inside and outside the brokerage, while old feuds are reignited.

Relations remain strained between Bre Tiesi and Chelsea Lazkani, amid speculation that Bre played a part in Chelsea's shock divorce from Jeff in March 2024. 'I did hear something... about Chelsea's husband,' a friend is seen telling Bre in the clip.

Bre is later seen meeting up with Chelsea at a restaurant. 'They say don't shoot the messenger. She's definitely going to shoot me,' Bre said. Chelsea is later seen looking tearful, as she said, 'I don't want to do this. I can't do this.'

We last saw The Oppenheim Group in November 2023, when tensions between Bre and Chelsea - as well as Cassandra Dawn - reached boiling point (remember Bre's expletive storm-out of the new office opening party?)

Elsewhere, Chrishell Stause navigated some tense conversations with Jason Oppenheim's now ex-girlfriend Marie-Lou Turk and continued to butt heads with arch-nemesis Nicole Young, with their season six feud spilling over into season seven.

As for boss Jason Oppenheimer, last year he told The Hollywood Reporter the show gets better every time. He said, 'For me, each season gets more and more fun. When we were doing season one, we were like, "If we can get to season three, we had a real show. Anything above that would be icing." We’ve been running on icing for years now.'

When is Selling Sunset season eight coming to Netflix?

All 11 episodes of Selling Sunset season eight will land on 6 September.

Filming wrapped up in mid-April, as per Chrishell's interview with heat, which gave producers five months to get a sparkling new season into shape.

There will also be some fresh faces, including new agent Alanna Whittaker, who are set on making an impact on the O Group by any means necessary.

Heather Rae El Moussa will not be returning, after starring as an original cast member until season six. She made a brief appearance on season seven, before exiting to go on maternity leave.

Opening up about leaving the show, Heather - who is mum to Tristan, 15 months, with husband Tarek El Moussa - confessed on The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Show that it was a 'blessing'.

She said, 'I'm so much happier filming my show [The Flipping El Moussas] with Tarek. 'We're co-producers on our show so we pick the hours. With Selling Sunset, I never knew when I was going to be filming.

'It was last minute, it took over my life, it was hard to do my real job — real estate. It was hard to do anything else,' she said, claiming that her filming schedule could be as long as 12-14 hours some days.

'There would be days I'd come home to him [Tarek] crying from the stress of filming,' she said, later branding the show 'very toxic'.
