Many new faces have joined the Made In Chelsea ranks this series - we've even had distant royalty in the form of Freddy Knatchbull. But one person who has made a lasting first impression on viewers, is influencer Imogen Bloom. The 25-year-old strutted onto our screens with a bang after confronting Harvey Armstrong for leading her on. She also came to blows withWillow Day at a dramatic dinner party. Imogen is a huge character, ready to inject some drama into this series of Made in Chelsea.

Grazia caught up with Imogen Bloom to talk about the dramatic fallout with Harvey and Willow, her relationship with Temps and a sneak peek into the filming for Made In Chelsea: Corsica.

You’ve come onto the show with a bang – are you usually this straight talking?

Absolutely – what you see is what you get! Sometimes it can be to my detriment, but I am proud of who I am and that I keep it real.

Did you feel nervous at all walking up to Harvey Armstrong and Willow Day at the bar?

No – I actually felt angry! I was quite excited to meet her and see what she was all about really. It wasn’t received very well – I didn’t ambush her as I was talking to Harvey. I did feel bad for her so put my hand on her arm and said "sorry about this - are you ok" to which she didn’t reply.

What was it about the time you spent with Harvey that was so special? Did you feel like he was giving you mixed signals?

We started speaking over Christmas – he was in Spain and I was in my family’s home. We would FaceTime all the time and we got really close. He wanted to see me as soon as he got back into the UK – he booked us a date for early January. We went to the comedy club and dinner in Soho – it was lovely. We just clicked, had the same sense of humour and were really good friends. I had just got out of a relationship and I thought he was looking for one…I was wrong.

Did his rocky past with Emily Blackwell faze you at all?

I have been cheated on by an ex-boyfriend before so you would think it would be a huge red flag for me, having gone through it personally. It didn’t actually – I do think everyone deserves a second chance.

Listen now: Emily Blackwell spills on what really goes on behind the scenes on MIC on the latest episode of the Mother Half podcast.

It was refreshing to see you hold Harvey accountable for his confusing actions – is this something you stand by in all relationships?

Liberating! Of course – people hold me accountable for my actions on a daily basis! Unfortunately, I don’t think I have come across too well as I have been shouting a lot! Obviously you only see a short snippet of a 2 hour conversation so there is so much more to it. I am also bisexual so I am all about women empowerment and I want women to know that just because you aren’t exclusive doesn’t mean you can’t act like you are.

What do you say to viewers who think you may have overreacted during the dinner scene whilst talking with Willow and Harvey?

You have to remember that you don’t see everything and you only see a short moment of the entire time. Remember girls how you feel when you have been wronged by a man who makes you feel that you are the only girl in the world and when you find out, very abruptly, that you are not.

What has it been like joining the cast? Did you feel instantly welcomed by the group?

Totally – half the cast were my friends before I joined! I knew a multitude of them and I’ve lived in Chelsea for five years. It was a great experience coming into the cast. I would say I'm closest to Yasmine Zweegers and Ruby Adlerout of everyone.

Viewers thought you were calling Willow out for having 'no girl code' but does girl code apply when you're not friends?

No, that was the point I was trying to make. Girl code and being a girl’s girl are two separate things. She owes me nothing – she didn’t know I existed – completely not her fault. Being a girl’s girl though is checking on a girl crying in a girl’s toilet. Some girls walk past the girl crying but I am the girl who checks if the girl is OK.

How do you feel about Willow now?

I think she is a nice girl. I think she could’ve dealt with the situation better for sure – I feel she may have been adding fuel to the fire.

So, now on the show we see you are getting close with Temps. What drew you to Temps initially? How is your relationship going - do you think he’s the one?

I love him so much! He is absolutely hilarious. Also, there are a lot of boys on the show but Temps is a man. He is 32, very successful, he has got his shit together and he is so genuine. Temps is the one and I will do everything I can to keep him in my life!

The filming for Made In Chelsea: Corsica is now underway. What has filming been like? Drama free we hope!

It has been a whirlwind. We’ve only been here for three weeks out of six, so there has been some really high highs and some really low lows. But it has been a fantastic experience so far. But there has been plenty of drama, watch this space – sh*t is about to hit the fan!

Some fans think you could rival Maeva as the new iconic personality on the cast  – what do you think of that?

I think WHAT a compliment. Maeva is an absolutely incredible member of this cast. I take that as a huge compliment!
