Ah, yes. Harvey was introduced as Sophie Habboo’s ex-boyfriend in Made in Chelsea: Buenos Aires in 2019. Obviously, that caused quite a bit of drama. Although Sophie Habboo is now happily married to former MIC star Jamie Laing.
What does Harvey Armstrong do?
Well, quite a lot of things, actually. He started off as a chartered accountant at PwC before launching a craft beer start-up, Prime Time, with former co-star Sam Holmes. Prime Time sells 'the world’s first caffeine infused low calorie lager along with our low calorie craft lager'. Mmm... delicious? AND he's now planning to open a bar/ restaurant with the backing of MIC star Gareth Locke-Locke.
He also plays rugby for Gibraltar, apparently. He must have a busy diary.
Who is Harvey Armstrong dating?
As far as we know - ie, according to his IG - Harvey is currently single after splitting from fellow cast mate Emily Blackwell last year. They got together during lockdown which caused a bit of drama at the time, as Emily was best mates with Habbs (keep up?!) and it involved Emily moving out of the house they both shared with Miles Nazaire.
But their relationship was far from smooth sailing with less bumps in the road and more off-roading across dangerous mountain vistas, and they split last series after he cheated on her. Emily turned to her old pal Miles for advice, who told her, 'All you’re asking for is a little bit of maturity when it comes to being a partner – it’s just like grow up a little bit now. You’ve got to know your worth and how amazing you are. I don’t want you to second gauss yourself or doubt yourself.' He concluded, ‘You are amazing, and he needs to know that – he’s being an idiot.'
After pining to get her back, it didn't work and Emily has now moved on with her new boyfriend...
Who is Harvey Armstrong friends with?
Harvey's right hand man is definitely Tristan Phipps (Olivia Bentley's boyfriend). The pair are pretty much inseparable, bar a few disagreements. He's also has formed a tight-knit group with Reza, Sam (Thompson, who's no longer on the show) and Tristan and they have a little bromance going on. He's also regularly spotted with Gareth and Ollie Locke-Locke, the former being his business partner.
It should be noted that Harvey actually had an interesting link with this year's resident posh Love Islander CharlieRadnedge. While Charlie was in the villa (for his very short stint) he was helping to run his Instagram account alongside frienemy Miles Nazaire- that must have been awks!
