If you’ve been out in public in the past four months, you will have heard one of Chappell Roan’s songs - even if you don't know it. This year, she's become one of the biggest artists on the planet, with her tracks reaching millions of listeners and her iconic style – both musically and when it comes to fashion – delighting fans.

In fact, it turns out that we have Olivia Rodrigo to thank for introducing a wider audience to Chappell Roan. After Chappell Roan opened for the Vampire singer on her Guts World Tour, she was invited to perform at Coachella – much like Sabrina Carpenter after she opened for Taylor Swift on her Eras World Tour. And the rest, they say, is history.

As a result of Olivia’s inspired decision, we’ve been introduced to one of the best songs of the summer Good Luck, Babe! and can’t stop listening to Chappell Roan’s album The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess.

If you're intrigued, here’s everything you need to know about Chappell Roan.
