Well, well, well. It seems as though there is an unlikely link between the Bridgertons and the Featheringtons – and it's one which might even be hanging in your own wardrobe. This weekend, Phoebe Dynevor delighted the internet when she finally confirmed her relationship with Pete Davidson in the most celeb way she could have done – by attending Wimbledon with him and indulging in some light PDA. While I have no doubt you've already spent hours dissecting those photographs (no? Just me who had a quiet weekend?) you might be interested to know where her dress is from.
The khaki knit midi dress is from Self Portrait, the brand for which Dynevor is currently acting as one of the faces – alongside Kate Moss, no less. While it's hardly a surprise that Dynevor would pick SP, given that she's a campaign star, what is interesting is that, just a couple of days later, her Bridgerton co-star Nicola Coughlan also opted for the label.
Coughlan chose a pretty white puff-sleeve midi with gathered bodice for her virtual appearance at the Irish Film and Television Academy Awards, where she won the Rising Star prize. Posting on Instagram, there isn't a full shot of Coughlan in her midi but you can just make out the excellent puff of the sleeve.
What does this mean? Do Coughlan and Dynevor regularly shop together? Is Dynevor getting her co-stars some great Self Portrait deals now that she's the face of the brand? There are so many pressing questions that have arisen here.
The main question, obviously, is how do we buy these dresses for ourselves? By shopping them below, of course.
