If you follow even one or two influencers on Instagram you’ll already know all about Glossier – the cult US brand started by Emily Weiss and loved by beauty editors the world over.
With millennial pink branding that’s perfect for a shelfie, simple ingredient lists, and reps who started off as customers and now post far and wide about the products they love, Glossier has fast become the skincare brand everyone is talking about.
We waited patiently for Glossier to launch in the UK – no longer would we have to bribe friends travelling to America to go and grab the luxurious priming moisture rich conditioner face cream for us – we could order it ourselves and have it delivered to our doors.
Now Glossier have launched a spot stick called the Glossier Zit Stick – designed to stop spots in their tracks, and it can even be applied over makeup.

Inject some tropical vibes into your bathroom with Flora & Curl's colourful, floral packaging. The non-toxic hair care range for naturally dry, curly or afro hair is well worth investing in.
Haeckels
Hailing from Margate, Haeckels harvests the abundant seaweed off the town's coast to create powerful, natural skincare products. Housed in amber glass bottles with minimal branding, the packaging is both understated and elegant.
Saturday Skin
With playful pink packaging and glow-giving credentials, this Korean beauty brand deserves a place on your bathroom shelf.
That’s the good news, the bad news? It won’t be available in the UK or Europe until next year because of some very pesky laws.
A key ingredient in the product is Benyl peroxide which essentially dries out your spots and helps fight bacteria – but it’s so potent that it’s not available over the counter in the UK or Europe.
So while our US friends will be able to get in ASAP, we will have to wait until next year to zap our zits. SIGH.
