In Netflix's new murder mystery, The Perfect Couple, Amelia is about to marry into the wealthy Winbury family, much to the disapproval of her matriarch mother-in-law, when a body is found on the beach hours before the ceremony. Suddenly everyone is a suspect.
The six-part series arrives on the platform tomorrow (5 September) and features a star-studded cast, including Nicole Kidman, Liev Schreiber, Dakota Fanning and Eve Hewson. As you immerse yourself in the eerie Nantucket Whodunnit?, you might find yourself wondering where you've seen the cast before. (As well as who's responsible for the murder, of course.)

Nicole Kidman
The matriarch of the family, Greer Garrison Winbury, a famous novelist and mother of the groom, is played by murder mystery and eat-the-rich aficionado, Nicole Kidman. The award-winning actress has, of course, starred in an endless number of hit films and TV shows including The Hours, Moulin Rouge!, Australia, The Undoing and Big Little Lies.
Liev Schreiber
The father of the groom, Tag Winbury, is played by Liev Schreiber. You might recognise him from X Men Originals: Wolverine, Spotlight or Everything is Illuminated.
Dakota Fanning
Abby Winbury, the sister-in-law on the show, is played by Dakota Fanning. More recently, you might have seen her in The Watchers or the Netflix adaptation of The Talented Mr Ripley, called Ripley. However, Dakota is a also a child star who appeared in films such as Uptown Girls, The Cat in the Hat, Charlotte's Web, The Secret Life of Bees and Coraline.
Eve Hewson
The bride and outlier of the Winbury family, Amelia Sacks, is played by Eve Hewson of Bad Sisters fame. As well as starring as the youngest of the five Garvey sisters, Eve has starred in Behind Her Eyes, Robin Hood (2018) and The Luminaries.
Billy Howle
The groom at the ill-fated wedding, Benji Winbury, is played by Billy Howle who has appeared in The Serpent, MotherFatherSon, On Chesil Beach and The Seagull.
Meghann Fahy
The White Lotus season two star, Meghann Fahy plays Merritt Monaco, Amelia's best friend. Aside from starring in the aforementioned hit murder mystery, Meghann is known for her part in The Bold Type. It's also worth mentioning that she is dating man of the moment Leo Woodall, who played Dexter Mayhew in Netflix's smash hit adaption of One Day, in February. Ishaan Khattar
The groom's best man is an important role in any wedding. In this show, Shooter Dival is played by Ishaan Khattar. You might recognise him from A Suitable Boy, but he's also starred in several Indian films including Beyond the Clouds, Dhadak and Vaah! Life Ho To Aisi! (meaning This is what life should be like!) which he starred in as a child actor.
Jack Reynor
Time for another Winbury family member - Thomas is the groom's older brother and Jack Reynor plays him in the series. He's an Irish actor known for his roles in Midsommar, Kin, Sing Street and The Peripheral. He also starred alongside his co-star Eve Hewson in Flora and Son.
Sam Nivola
Sam Nivola stars as Benji's younger brother Will and you may have seen him in Maestro, Eileen or White Noise, even though he is only 20 years old.
Mia Isaac
Mia Isasc who plays Chloe Carter, the chief of police's daughter, is also only 20 but has appeared in Black Cake, Grey Matter and Don't Let Me Go.
Donna Lynne Champlin
Donna Lynne Champlin stars as the detective at the crime scene, Nikki Henry. She is best known for playing Paula Proctor in the comedy series, Crazy Ex Girlfriend.
Isabelle Adjani
French actress and singer Isabella Adjani plays Isabel Nallet, a recurring family friend on the show. She's previously been in several French films including La Reine Margot, Skirt Day and One Deadly Summer.
Michael Beach
Chief of Police, Dan Carter, is played by Aquaman actor Michael Beach. From 1999 to 2005, Beach was a regular cast member in another NBC drama series, Third Watch, as Monte Parker, and as T.O. Cross in FX's Sons of Anarchy.
Nick Searcy
Last but not least, Nick Searcy stars as Deputy Carl. He had a small part in Cast Away and has starred in Capitol Punishment, the series Justified and Thunder Alley.
