Love Island is approaching the end of its sixth week, and following the savage quadruple dumping of Jess White, Blade Siddiqi, Emma Milton and Hugo Godfroy, the villa made room for a new arrival last night: Lolly Hart.
Before making her TV debut, Lolly revealed why she has chosen to leave her romantic prospects in the hands of the Love Island gods.
'I feel like Love Island is my last resort at this point,' she admitted. 'It’s something I’ve thought about for a while as I’ve just turned 30 and been single a long time, so it’s time to find a husband. I don’t want a boyfriend, I want to move on with my life and settle down with the right guy.'
Who is Lolly Hart?
Lolly - whose real name is Lauren - joined Love Island in week six of the eleventh series. She is 30 years old from Leicestershire, and works as a long haul cabin crew member at Virgin Atlantic Airways. According to LinkedIn, it's a position she has held for almost ten years.
Before embarking on a career in the travel and hospitality industry, Lolly received a degree in Fashion Buying and Retailing from London Metropolitan University in 2012.
She believes her industry experience will help her out in the villa, saying, 'As part of my job I’ve been lucky enough to travel the world, which has given me a great perspective on life. I think I’ll bring that with me to the villa. My job also means I’m a people person - I can get on with anyone and everyone as I’m very laid back and easy-going.'
Working for almost a decade as a cabin crew member has left Lolly with some pretty enviable claims to fame. 'I’ve flown with lots of celebrities through my work. I’ve personally served Renée Zellweger, Margot Robbie and Leigh-Anne Pinnock. Margot Robbie was my favourite, she was such a babe, it was just before the Barbie premiere and she was flying back from LA with her husband,' she recalled.

Lolly, aged 30, describes herself as 'very real' and is confident that she will bring 'lots of energy' to the villa. She said, 'I'm a chatty person so I’m going to just be myself, I’m not here for drama. I’m super bubbly so I know I’ll have lots of fun, I’m always up for a laugh.'
Who has she got her eye on? 'Joey [Essex] is a similar age to me and has a good sense of humour so I think we will get on well. I worry that we are the same height but I need to stop being so picky. Konnor [Ewudzi] is also great,' she said.
