As of late, Dakota Johnson has become social media’s beloved queen of deadpan humour, thanks to her effortlessly witty lines that spark chaotic (and hilarious) interview moments. But her effortless charm goes beyond quick comebacks. Her street style and red carpet looks are always classic and elegant, and with Kate Young as her stylist, that comes as no surprise. So, naturally, when Johnson was spotted in her latest rom-com, Materialists, we expected show-stopping outfits - and she certainly delivered. The best part? Most of her looks are made up of brands you already know and love.
In Materialists, Johnson stars as Lucy, a matchmaker caught in a toxic love triangle with John (Chris Evans) and Harry (Pedro Pascal). The film has finally hit UK cinemas, and ever since its initial U.S. release, we’ve been keeping a close eye on Johnson’s exceptionally chic outfits: including that particular floral Reformation dress.

While we're used to seeing Johnson in looks from Gucci, Saint Laurent and Ferragamo, you'll be relieved to know that the high street is where most of her stellar selection of outfits come from, including Reformation, Dôen and adidas. There's excellent news for anyone looking to replicate her looks, too, because plenty of these pieces are, somehow, still in stock.
We’ve rounded up all her favourite looks for you to shop below. But hurry - we suspect they'll sell out.

The ring
Apparently, the film’s stylist, Katina Danabassis revealed to @dakotajohnsonscloset that Johnson's unique heart charm ring was found at a thrift store. Of course, that means we can't source the exact ring, but we did find an eerily similar version from Etsy that comes with one, two, or three charms. To replicate Johnson's exact accessory, it'll only set you back £40.99.

The Black Leather Trench
While we aren't exactly sure where Johnson's black leather trench is from, we've found a doppelgänger style from The Kooples, complete with cool belted detailing.

The satin blouse
We managed to get a closer look at the blouse Johnson wore with the pinstripe blazer and skirt. Unfortunately, we can't find the exact match, but we found a similar one from Reiss.

The blue dress
This Proenza Schouler dress has already generated much conversation online since the film came out in the US. It's typical of Johnson's style in the film: simple, chic and understated. She wears it with Bottega Veneta's Silver Knot Heel Sandals.

The floral midi
In a more dressed-down scene, Johnson wears the Reformation Nadira dress with a grey hoodie tied around her waist and a classic pair of Converse.

The floral top and jeans
Another floral choice, this time a Dôen top paired with straight leg blue jeans and a pair of adidas Gazelles in green. Sadly, her exact top is now out of stock, but we found an alternative from Next.

The ruffled dress
Sensing a pattern? Dôen's floral dress with a cascading ruffle neckline might just be our favourite look so far. Naturally, it's out of stock. So we suggest you shop a similar one available to buy on ASOS.

The white tee
Nailing the effortless off-duty vibe, Johnson's cool-girl baseball cap combined with a crisp white tee and a shoulder-wrapped red knit is great - and almost every item is available to shop on the high street.

The pinstripe blazer and skirt
There's nothing more city-chic than a pinstripe. In this scene, Johnson wears a two piece with a white satin blouse underneath, but the real show stopper here are the Paris, Texas boots. Her skirt and blazer are both out of stock, but you can shop very similar alternatives from Nobody's Child and Abercrombie and Fitch.

The trench
While perhaps a touch too warm for the current balmy weather, Johnson was spotted filming an outdoor scene in a timeless camel trench coat. Though her outerwear may lean on the luxe side, her choice of footwear and accessories are refreshingly accessible - she wore a pair of classic Nike Daybreaks (now out of stock) and a Ralph Lauren baseball cap.

The all-black ensemble
Looking incredibly chic, Johnson's character wore a sheer Simkhai top while walking the streets of New York City. Miraculously, her exact top is still available to shop, which is great news for anyone looking for a sultry black top for the summer. The best part? You can shop her cool-girl Nike Cortez trainers, too.
