If you follow Made In Chelsea’s Miles Nazaire on Instagram, you will be familiar with his morning thirst traps on his Instagram stories. The reality star has a morning ritual of shouting ‘Good Morning, Good Morning, Good Morning’ ( yes, three times) to camera while ensuring his abs are on full show.

This is of course a strategy to get pulses racing and it’s working for him– exhibit A: His 283,000 followers and string of swooning fans. However, not everyone is a fan on Miles's morning thirst traps. His fellow Made in Chelsea cast members have recently been very vocal about their distaste for his Instagram antics.

Ollie Lockerecently shared his opinion with Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison – and he didn’t hold back. Speaking to Vicky on her podcast The Secret To, Ollie - who was joined by his husband Gareth Locke - said Miles would easily give the original MIC heartbreaker Spencer Matthews a run for his money if they were both gallivanting around Kings Road at the same time. Vicky then went on to quiz him on Miles in more detail.

The Geordie Shore star said, ‘I want you to describe your fellow cast members in just one word. I'm going to give you the names, are you ready? ... Miles? I want you to be brutal, go on.’

Gathering his thoughts, Ollie began to share, ‘OK. Miles, just one word? Slimy.’ Ollie then revealed that he can't bring himself to watch or follow Miles on social media anymore. He explained, ‘I know, every morning he wakes up with his phone and [films himself saying] 'Good morning!' And shows a picture of his k**b.'

He continued, 'It's what he does. He goes "Good morning," [moves his phone] down to his bulge and that's it. Every morning. I've had to mute him.' A stunned Vicky asked Ollie, 'On Instagram?' before he confirmed, 'Yeah on Instagram.'

The Made in Chelsea cast recently went to film upcoming episodes of the hit reality show in Mallorca, and the criticism continued. Miles also played up to his cast mates’ distain for his thirst traps while in Spain. On his Instagram stories he did his usual morning chant in front of the group – while cast member Olivia Bentley could be heard groaning in disapproval in the background. While on a group boat trip fellow Kings Roaders Gareth and Digby Edgley also poked fun at Miles by reenacting his morning ritual and laughing hysterically

So, what do we think? Are Miles’s social media antics too much or all in good fun?
