Love Island winner Amber Gill has said Greg O’Shea still hasn’t apologised for dumping her by text. Speaking about the split, the star added, ‘It's been and gone now. I've forgotten about it and moved on. An apology would have been nice at the time, but I didn't get one. It's fine, it doesn't matter. I don't think I'll ever get one. I won't hold out for that.’
In other Love Island news, Maura Higgins recently revealed producers tried to get her dump her boyfriend to appear on last year's series.
Speaking at Girls With Goals on Her.ie, she said: ‘I remember last year when they called me up and I was with my ex – we had been together about six months and I said, “no I’m in a relationship.” They were like, “how long have you been with that guy,” and I said, “six months,” and they were like, “well you don’t really know that that’s going to last,” and they said to me, “if anything happens closer to the show, let us know and we’ll get you in there.”’
Maura and Curtis are one of the last remaining couples to still be together following the show's finale in July. Yet the pair have opted not to put a label on their relationship yet.
