We have to hand it to Zara McDermott, she can always be relied upon to serve up a consistent supply of genuinely useful beauty tips. Whether it’s thehair tools and productsshe uses to maintain her honey-toned waves, or the £9.99 face oil that she applies every day, just a quick scroll through her Instagram feed will leave you with a hefty beauty shopping list. If it’s got Zara McDermott’s stamp of approval, it's got to be good.

Last night the 26-year-old Love Island and Made In Chelsea starturned TV presenter was at it again when she took to Instagram Stories to share her tanning routine with her 1.7 million Instagram followers. She's got her routine down and manages to mimic the effects of three weeks spent holidaying in the Maldives with just one DIY session.

Never the gatekeeper, Zara let her followers in on her secret. She kicked off her at-home facial fake tan routine with a £12.95 tool, namely the Isle of Paradise Shape & Glow Big Blending Brush. She used it to sweep her go-to Bare by Vogue tan across her face and down her neck.

'I apply my [facial] tanner every few days with this brush,' Zara said to camera, 'it's the Isle of Paradise Blending Brush. I just buff [the tanner] it into my face, and I'll use it to do my body once a week.'

The star also went on to wax lyrical about her fake tan of choice, describing it as 'the one.'

The tan in question? Bare By Vogue's Self Tan Foam in Medium.

'I feel like this is the one, guys,' she exclaimed, 'I love it so much; it smells really good and not like fake tan at all. It actually smells like passion fruit.'
