Tense TV thriller Caught may have just hit Netflix, but we are already hooked. Based on Harlan Coben’s novel of the same name, the Argentinian series – the first Latin American adaptation of his work – stars Soledad Villamil as journalist Ema Garay. It’s the latest book from Coben to be adapted for the small screen, following his previous novels Fool Me Once (Netflix's most watched series of 2024, starring Michelle Keegan), Missing You and Stay Close.

Caught follows Ema Garay, an investigative journalist who has built her career on bringing criminals to justice. Her next big story sees her investigating the disappearance of a teenage girl, which soon sees her on the heels of a sexual predator who targets teenage girls through an online game. The case – and her life – is thrown a curveball when an acquaintance and trusted member of the community Leo Mercer (Alberto Ammann) becomes a prime suspect in the case. Coben fans can expect several twists and turns, with an unpredictable ending.
