Jamie Laing stars who plan to walk down the aisle. The pair announced their happy news on Friday, obviously on Instagram (because how else do you let the world know you're engaged?). Sweetly, Jamie posted a video of himself and his brand new fiancé celebrating at the restaurant where they had their first ever date. Sophie is even seen wearing a white hat with the words, ‘Mrs Laing To Be’.
Since, it has also been revealed who was the first to find out that they pair were engaged. Jamie shared a TikTok which complied some of their family and friends' reactions, from when the pair called them up to tell them they were engaged. Posting the cute clip, Jamie wrote: 'So full of love and what’s even more special is surprising and sharing this with loved ones. We only managed to capture a few but it makes me ❤️🥺💍'

Sophie and Melissa aren't only the best of mates, but the pair also host their own podcast, Wednesdays We Drink Wine, together. Laughing in the video, Melissa looks absolutely delighted that her friends are set to tie the knot.
As fans will know, Jamie and Sophie have been together since April 2019, after they both realised that their friendship was more than friends. But there's been rumours for weeks that Jamie was ready to pop the question to Sophie.
In fact, Sophie even recently told Closer magazinethat she was hoping for a proposal on Christmas Eve. Revealing the reasons why she chooses not to drink as much as she used to, Sophie teased, 'I used to be more of a party girl but these days, I’m pretty healthy. I don’t drink much, but when I do, I go for it and have fun, so I probably will on New Year’s Eve! And who knows… maybe Jamie will propose!' Turns out Jamie didn't wait as long after all.
