For Love Island fans, Christmas has finally arrived: it’s time for the return of Casa Amor. Within the next week, our Islanders will be tested to the very extreme as the boys and girls split, only to mingle with a new group of bombshells who are ready to wreak chaos.
Casa Amor has been fatal to many couples of Love Island past: think Amy Hart and Curtis Pritchard, Amber Gill and Michael Griffiths and Liam Reardon and Millie Court (though the latter did get back together after Liam strayed, and won the last series).
Though, on the positive side, for viewers it delivers some much-needed drama - and how can we forget that Casa Amor gave us the gift that was Ovie Soko?
So, who’s head is going to be turned this year? Well, Betfair think they have the answer. And it’s bad news for Paige Throne and Jacques O’Neill. The pair have recently appeared on the rocks after the heart rate challenge, when the couple argued after Jacques heart raced the most for his ex, Gemma Owen. Jacques was not popular with fans for calling Paige ‘pathetic’, either, and the betting agency thinks that Jacques is most likely to have his head turned in Casa Amor, too. According to the bookmaker, Jacques is odds-on at 4/7 to have his head turned during Casa Amor, while Paige is the least likely contestant - at 16/1 - to look elsewhere.
It also looks like it could be bad news for our favourite enemies to lovers couple Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti, as Ekin-Su is at 1/2 to couple up with someone else and Davide is at 4/9.
Disaster could also be on the horizon for Tasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Pafe, as Tasha is at 4/9 to have her head turned, while it looks like Andrew won’t be swayed at 12/1. Predictably, Gemma Owen (7/2) is more likely to have her head turned than her partner Luca Bish (14/1).
But only time will tell whether these predictions are correct… Bring on Casa Amor.
