Reality star and former TOWIE celeb Lauren Goodger has been accused of photoshopping a picture of her when she was five years old.
The picture of Lauren as a bridemaid as a child, which she posted on social media, shows Lauren with a seemingly slightly altered face and longer hair than when compared to the version printed in her 2013 autobiography, Secrets Of An Essex Girl.
In the picture, her father also looks different.
Lauren’s spokesperson told The Sunthat Lauren’s sister filtered the photo before sending it - and Lauren had no idea when she posted it and thought it was the same as the one that's in her book.
They explained: 'Lauren actually thinks it’s funny people are more worried about her photos being filtered than the pandemic or the global economy.'
Lauren has posted about using photoshop before. When defending Kylie Jenner, who was being accused of using the app, which can alter your appearance, she said: ''Loool don't we all? Doesn't mean she's fat or ugly. It's Instagram!!'
Lauren has repeatedly hit headlines talking about the altering of images.
In 2017 she posted on social media, claiming photographers were altering pictures to make her look bigger.
She wrote: 'What a beautiful summers day! Had a pap outside my house again today and had a call saying I look like I've gained weight!
'Well this is the real me in a 'video' which you can't edit so I'm sorry to say but these scumbag paparazzi need stop making me look 4 times the size!!!
'And people stop need to stop saying I 'photoshop' my pictures when unfortunately they take the bad pictures because they sell for more money not me!
'I’m not skinny and not claiming to be but I do not look these bad 'pap' pics! They pick and choose when to make me look how I do in real life!'
