I’ve Looked Everywhere For The Perfect Christmas Party Dress, And I Finally Found It In Sienna Miller’s M&S Collection

The brilliant party dress is shockingly still in stock - but not for long.

Sienna Miller's second M&S collaboration brought us a gold mine of vintage inspired pieces, from lace trim maxi dresses to bold, sequin mini dresses that pay homage to the '70s and '80s. While most pieces sold out immediately after launch, there is one occasion-wear staple from Miller's recent collaboration that is still available to shop, and that's a striking red satin dress - perfect for the impending party season.

The M&S x Sienna Miller Satin Ruched-Detail Maxi Dress, £79, is a seriously chic party dress reminiscent of 1930s Hollywood Glamour, with a modern twist. It is - in my opinion - the best party dress currently on the high street, and features a revealing back detail and thigh high slit. Other than being the perfect festive party dress (did someone say work Christmas party?), this number also serves as a brilliant wedding guest dress option.

This striking red satin dress is a brilliant choice if you're looking for a showstopper outfit this festive season. Pair with pointed toe heels and sheer tights for the ultimate autumn/winter party ensemble.

If red is too bold a colour for you, you'll be delighted to know that the dress is also available in green; equally as festive, but slightly more low-key. Both versions have proven popular amongst the fashion crowd, with plenty of glowing reviews on the M&S website, all of which praise the flattering fit of the dress.

To survive the cold snap of the season, we suggest paring the dress with sheer tights and pointed leather boots, as well as a heavy duty longline wool coat. Finish off your look with a checked mohair scarf a la Acne Studios.
