Kate Middleton’s wardrobe has excelled at the (often tricky) smart-casual dress code over the past few months. First she wore a blossom-printed tea dress, then an apple green shirt dress from Boden. Continuing the theme yesterday, she chose another shirt dress, this time a strawberry-coloured number from Beulah London to visit Brick Lane's Beigel Bake and the East London Mosque. The collared design is £550 and, miraculously, still in stock. Kate accessorised with a blossom-printed face mask (from kidswear brand Amina Kids) and pointed court shoes from Ralph Lauren.

Kate has turned the shirt dress into a reemergence hit. She wore a polka dot shirt dress from Suzannah, one of her trusted favourite labels, to meet with frontline workers and announce a £1.8 million charitable donation from the Royal Foundation that will benefit 10 charities that have been at the heart of mental health and frontline support during the pandemic.

It’s further proof that the polka dot dress is her secret weapon, and puts the shirt dress back in the spotlight for 2020. Queen Letizia is also a fan, and wore a floral-print black dress, from Massimo Dutti, last week.
Easy transitional dressing = sorted.
