Holly Willoughby is the queen of daytime dresses but, from the looks of last night's outfit, she's no slouch when it comes to after-hours. Spotted at yesterday's 4th anniversary bash for Annabel's - Willoughby wore sequins, feathers and a pair of sandals that looked ready for a party.
Eagle-eyed footwear fans might have recognised these sandals as no less than the exact same pair worn by the one and only Carrie Bradshaw. Cast your mind back to the earlier episodes of And Just Like That, specifically the scenes when Bradshaw, haunted by her late husband's bequeathal to his ex-wife Natasha, is chasing her around Manhattan. Taking a breather on a set of stone steps, she reveals she's been hot-footing it around town in a fabulously impractical pair of glittery platforms from Terry de Havilland.
The best news of all? The sandals are still available to buy for £275. Bradshaw styled them with a boho-luxe maxi dress and a button-down shirt, while Willoughby, who also carried a shell-embellished metallic bag from Rixo, went all out. (Platforms, FYI, also had a major moment at Paris Fashion Week, appearing on everyone from Zendaya and Tina Kunakey, to all the models walking at Valentino.) Perhaps Carrie was right: they're not so impractical after all.
