Claudia Winkleman and I only have one thing in common (two, if you count her great sense of wit): our shared love of black clothing. I imagine her wardrobe looks very similar to mine – an array of monochrome clothes even Wednesday Addams would be shocked by. That's why I was surprised when I opened my Instagram feed this weekend and spotted Winkleman in something other than her signature black look – in fact, it was quite the opposite. Front and centre of Marks & Spencer's Jaeger campaign is Winkleman (who's also a brand ambassador) wearing a white ensemble, made up of Jaeger's Cotton Rich Jacquard T-Shirt Co-Ord and Organza Jacquard Midi Column Skirt.

Jaeger's co-ord is a good one for any events you've got coming, and can either be worn with a pair of kitten heels or ballet flats. The top is a classic t-shirt style, but is elevated with its jacquard embroidery and round neck.

To finish the look, invest in the matching skirt too. Either wear together with the matching top, or on its own with a button-down shirt or roll-neck jumper. Finish the outfit with a pair of knee-high boots and a trench coat.
The co-ord in question is made up of two pieces that can either be worn together or by themselves. The embroidered top and midi skirt are a head-to-toe statement that makes for the perfect juxtaposition between her more masculine suited style and softer, more feminine detailing. The boxy shape still nods to classic tailoring, while the floral embroidery adds a romantic edge – one that's perfect for styling with kitten heels. Each piece also works just as well when worn separately – the top paired with wide-leg trousers and the bottoms with a silk cami top (try this Zara style). Proof, once again, that a co-ord is the ultimate hack to recreating Winkleman's signature polish.
If you, too, follow Winkleman's style at this time of year, perhaps because of her appearances hosting Strictly Come Dancing and The Traitors (of which a celebrity version is coming in October), then now you can own a couple of exact pieces from her wardrobe, thanks to Jaeger's collection on M&S. Winkleman's look has always been about consistency with subtle twists (think about the cape coats and monochrome cashmere she sold out after filming The Traitors in January this year), and her latest Jaeger co-ord is a reminder that you can experiment without losing sight of your signature look.

A pair of classic tailored trousers is the crux of any good workwear wardrobe. Style in autumn with a light knit and chunky loafers for a look that will take you from the office to after-work drinks. A hook, bar and zip fastening and pleats at the front finishes the smart look.

A boxy shirt is a good piece to layer, whether you choose to wear it open underneath a leather jacket, or under a jumper. The striped brown and navy print makes it feel autumnal, while the classic buttoned front and patch pocket adds polish.

Jaeger's answer to a midaxi dress is inspired by a classic trench, and features smart details like a collar and buttoned front. Made in a regular fit and with a luxurious wool-rich fabric, the dress works just as well with white socks and loafers as it does with pointed-toe boots.

A striped jumper is almost an autumnal given. An easy way to give any outfit a Parisian finish, pair a striped jumper with navy trousers and boots, and throw over a trench coat when it gets cooler. Jaeger's jumper is also finished with a collar and ribbed trims.
