With the UK back in lockdown, we're still unsure as to what Christmas will actually look like this year. But if you're worried about a lack of glitter and sparkle, don't be – the cast of The Crown just showed us how to dress for an event, even if it's a virtual one.
Celebrating the premiere of season four, which arrives on Netflix this Sunday (November 15), the cast dressed to the nines to then pose on a red carpet – all in the comfort of their own homes.

Emma Corrin, the young Princess Diana, wore a custom Miu Miu look
Gillian Anderson, who plays Margaret Thatcher, in Dior
Helena Bonham Carter, a.k.a Princess Margaret, wore a black lace dress
Olivia Colman, the new Queen Elizabeth II, wore a Paul Smith suit
Emerald Fennell, who plays the young Camilla
Josh O'Connor, who plays Prince Charles, wearing Loewe
From Helena Bonham Carter, who plays Princess Margaret, to Emma Corrin– who has taken the role of the young Princess Diana– the stars did not let the virtual nature of this party get in their way. Corrin, for example, was wearing a particularly striking Miu Miu look, devised by her stylist Harry Lambert (also stylist to Harry Styles). Bonham Carter looked regal in black lace (joined by her dogs) and Gillian Anderson opted for an elegant Dior dress.
