If Monday's Met Gala has taught us one thing for certain, it's that boho is officially backin fashion’s good books and Sienna Miller, once again, is leading the charge.

Joining Chemena Kamali, the new creative director of Chloé, Greta Gerwig, Zoe Saldana and Emma Mackey in a fully frilled boho proposition, Miller returned to her free-spirited style roots, setting the internet ablaze in praise of the romantic frou-frou dream.

Dreamed up by super stylist Harry Lambert, this allegiance was no surprise after Miller’s appearance at the Chloé show earlier this year in Paris, which was Kamali's debut for the French fashion house.

It’s even better to see, then, that this wasn’t just a sartorial whim of the moment. No, the actress has entirely re-immersed herself in the ‘70s-inspired aesthetic, as her Met Gala after party look proved. Out with her partner Oli Green, she donned another head-to-toe Chloé ensemble, complete with a frilly lace blouse, cut-out blue jeans, cork wedges (!) and a suede bag. After years of dead serious fashion, it’s fair to say that we’re thrilled, nay, titillated, to see the OG boho girl throwing it back all the way.

Miller's take on jeans-and-a-nice-top (albeit it slightly more elevated than usual) may derive from Chloé's autumn/winter 2024 collection but there are plenty of similar styles you could shop right now to add such an ensemble to your own wardrobe.

As we move into summer, this is the ideal alternative to dresses. When employed in a party environment, like Miller, among a host of more explicitly 'dressed up' outfits, this combo will give you the very thing you need to encapsulate the boho aesthetic: an air of insouciance.

However you feel about flares, they do possess the excellent talent of appearing to elongate legs, particularly when paired with a sky-high pair of boho wedges. Tuck in your blouse and, like Miller, just add a fab pair of gold earrings.

From the summer collection, these espadrille wedges make for a great alternative to their yet-to-be-released autumn counterparts. They're the perfect holiday shoe, too – easy to slip on, comfortable and will go with anything.

If you want the wooden wedge look but don't have a Chloé budget, this Charles & Keith pair have similar mid-noughties vibes and will look particularly good paired with flared denim.
