Where did you spend this weekend - and what were you wearing? If you’re a mere mortal, the answers are most likely a variation on the theme of, ‘the sofa’ and ‘mismatched pyjamas’. If you’re Kendall Jenner, then it’s a whole different ball game. The model was out and about this weekend in a version of Around The World In Eighty Days. Let’s call it, Around NYC In Six Outfits. That’s right, over three days, Jenner cruised around the city in enough ‘looks’ to last you (and certainly I) at least a week (or more likely two).

On Thursday, the highlights were the dreamiest cinched-waist camel coat with trainers from Nike (the SB Low Dunk White) for day, and a head-to-toe outfit from The Row - a black shirt, polo neck and wide-leg corduroy trousers - by night. Feeling zero fashion-related fatigue come Friday, Jenner appeared in palette-cleansing all-white (trousers from Musier; bag from Prada) before changing into an outfit resembling pumpkin pie (a sweater vest the colour of autumn leaves and checked trousers). On Saturday - a day of rest for some, but not Jenner - she went back to black, with a sharp leather blazer, a see-through polo neck and some more trainers from Nike. And, breathe.

This amount of switcherooing might seem mind-boggling, but look closely, and she’s actually curated the perfect capsule wardrobe for December. Everything is pretty neutrally-coloured (think sumptuous cream, beige, black and the smallest hint of orange) to enable maximum mixing-and-matching, while the shapes, barring those high-waisted trousers from The Row, all prioritise comfort above all else. We bow down.
