According to a post on Instagram - by @hsfashionarchive - the original tee could be vintage, custom-made or sourced from a small boutique in LA. ‘According to the Friends stylist and costume designer, Debra McGuire, she would often visit small boutiques to source items for the Friends characters but also created a number of vintage-looking T-shirts inspired by thrift store rummages,’ it reads.
Harry wore his version with checked trousers from Marni (Rachel would surely approve). Really, it’s no surprise that he’s borrowing from the show’s most fashionable character. Harry is also partial to a sweater vest - as is Ms Green - and a pin-sharp trouser suit that she’s worn since her days at Bloomingdale’s. What other wardrobe hits might he dig out from the archive?
