Kate Middleton may have access to some of the finest jewels and tiaras in the world - but she doesn’t always opt for the most expensive option. Like us, the Princess of Wales is a fan of high-street store Accessorize.
While visiting the Anna Freud Centre in London today, Kate was the very picture of spring in a green midi dress from Suzannah (which she also has in white) and Alessandra Rich heels. In classic fashion, she mixed her designer pieces with some very affordable jewels. In fact, Kate returned to one of her favourite high street jewellers: Accessorize.
Kate's earrings cost only £11 but, sadly, are no longer available. There are, however, a number of other similar styles online. And, given that this isn't the first time Kate has turned to Accessorize, a number of her favourite earrings are still on offer for as little as £2.
Just recently, Kate wore Accessorize'sPearl and Disc Hoop earrings during a trip to Wales. And before that, she chose the brand's Statement Long Drop earrings when she attended the Together at Christmas carol concert in December 2022. They're currently on sale for just £4.20.
For an event at Dublin's Museum of Literature in 2020, the Princess of Wales wore a £5 pair of twisted gold hoops with a vintage Oscar de la Renta dress. And before that, she wore the £6.40 Polly Petal earrings with a green Sandro dress to visit the RHS 'Back to Nature' garden that she co-designed at Hampton Court Palace.
It's not just Accessorize, either – Kate has a whole treasure trove of affordable jewellery that she loves to wear, including many pairs of hoop earrings that have become her go-to everyday styles.
