At this year's Golden Globes, Hollywood united to take a stand against sexual harassment and abuse across all industries - not just the film world - in the wake of the Harvey Weinstein scandal.
Stars including Reese Witherspoon and Jessica Chastain opted to wear black in lieu of the usual red carpet dresses to make a statement of both protest and solidarity with the victims. Many actresses decided to bring an activist as their date, following Michelle Williams' lead, who brought #MeToo founder Tarana Burke with her.
Several trends did emerge on the all-black red carpet, including asymmetric gowns, sheer illusion dresses and statement jewels, as well as flashes of bold colours to accent the simple, chic LBDs.
Here, we bring you every single star who took part in the dress code, plus, see the activist guests that many decided to bring as their dates.
