One reality TV contestant really did get the best of both worlds, after fans have spotted Love Is Blind season four’s Kwame Appiah in an episode of Married At First Sight.

Kwame is currently starring in season four of Love Is Blind - already stirring up trouble after fans question whether he might just be our latest ick.

But it seems he's been pretty set on hearing those wedding bells, after clips circulating on social media appear to show him in an episode of MAFS US from 2019. In the video, the Love Is Blind star looks to be sat at the back of the congregation. In other clips, it appears as if he might have popped up in the show more than once.

It’s not entirely clear whether Kwame was friends with a contestant or taking part in the show himself - but fans have noted that Kwame does follow Mike Watson on Instagram, who was a groom from season 10 of MAFS.

Following the clips surfacing, fans of the show have been left wrapping their heads around how these two worlds have collided.

One Twitter user wrote, ‘He’s been on all the shows looking for a wife,’ whilst another laughed ‘Kwame, you’ve got some explaining to do.’

But some pointed out that it isn’t so far-fetched that Kwame would appear on the two reality TV shows. Alongside questions over whether the shows are scripted, they’re also both produced by the same company, Kinetic Content.

‘To be fair, MAFS US and Love Is Blind are produced by the same company, so they probably take people who don’t make it through one audition and consider them for the other show,’ explained one viewer.

Agreeing, another tweeted ‘They do exactly this! I know a girl who went to casting in Nashville for MAFS and didn’t get matched, but they asked her to do LIB.’

Kwame might have a pretty clear penchant for some onscreen weddings, but some fans appreciated his dedication to finding his wife – with one joking ‘He finally got on a show, good for him!’

Who doesn’t love a trier?
