Sophie Turner Had a Really, Really Good Time At The VMAs And We’re Here For It

Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande and Billie Eilish may’ve taken home most of the awards at the MTV VMA’s on Monday, but Sophie Turner is fast proving to be the biggest winner of the night. The actor has become the focus of more than one trending meme as she looks to be having the best night of her life meeting her idols and dancing to their music.

First came her iconic reaction to Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello’s performance of Senorita, where to the two teased the audience that they were about to kiss on more than one occasion. Speaking for us all, Sophie and husband Joe Jonas were on their feet screaming for the kiss to happen, and have since posted on social media that they’re ‘still waiting’.

She also clearly enjoyed Normani’s performance of Motivation, just abandoning her husband and running off to dance with Hailee Steinfeld where the two bowed down to her unbelievable dance breakdown. To be honest, watching all of the women enjoying Normani’s performance is iconic– just LOOK at Lizzo screaming ‘F*ck it up, bitch!’

Then came possible the best backstage moment of all time, when she met Jonathan Van Ness for the first time and the two could not stopped gushing over each other. Honestly, Jonathon telling her how happy he was for her ‘ending’ – which we’re assuming is her Game Of Thrones character’s conclusion this year – and how it was the only one he liked is literally all of us.

Of course, one of the highlights of her night was when the Jonas Brothers won the best pop VMA – to which her and fellow Jonas wife Danielle got on their feet to cheer their husbands on.

But apparently, she still can't believe she's actually a wife...

Honestly, we’re not sure who we’d rather be at the VMA’s – one of the many award winners or the one and only Sophie Turner, she seems to have had the best time of them all.
