Miley Cyrus’s Former Sister-In-Law Elsa Pataky Thinks Liam Hemsworth ‘Deserves Much Better’

Elsa Pataky, the model and actor who married Chris Hemsworth in 2010, has spoken out about Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus's split, stating that her brother-in-law ‘deserves much better’ than Cyrus. This comes despite Cyrus and Pataky’s close friendship before the split – so close the pair even got matching tattoos.

‘My brother-in-law, after a relationship that you've dedicated ten years to, he's a little bit down, but he's coping well, he's a strong boy and he deserves the best,' she said, according to Hola! magazine. ‘I think he deserves much better.'

‘You always find support in your family, and he's joined at the hip with his brother, who has been there to give all the strength he needed,’ she added.

The comments have come as a surprise to many, given their friendship during their time as sisters-in-law. Pataky and Cyrus travelled together often, sharing pictures from a number of girls trips and even getting those matching tattoos in 2016.

Alas, their relationship has clearly deteriorated in the wake of Hemsworth and Cyrus’s split.
