She might have mouthed off at EasyJet staff last year, but all things considered, Kate Moss doesn't feature high up on our list of Most Diva-ish A-listers. In fact, she very much seems like the kind of woman who just gets on with things.

So, whilst it might surprise some to learn that she did her own stunt in Ab Fab: The Movie it didn't surprise us (well, sort of didn't surprise us...).

In an exclusive interview with the Daily Mail, Jennifer Saunders (who plays Edina) and Joanna Lumley (who plays Patsy) revealed that Kate got stuck in and performed her own stunt: falling off a wall into The Thames.

Yes, that's right, supermodel VVIP Kate fell off a WALL into a RIVER, voluntarily. It doesn't get more hardcore or undiva-ish than that!

Speaking to the paper, Jennifer said: 'It was just purely funny [filming the scene]. She was such good fun!

'She was a good sport... and well I don't know what I really expected, but I thought she might ask someone else to do that bit, but she was such a good sport about it all!'

The scene Jennifer is referring to is the one around which the entire film centres. Eddy and Patsy fling Kate into the river, apparently killing her, forcing them to flee Britain for the South of France to evade imprisonment.

Whilst coming up with the scene was relatively easy, Joanna revealed, getting the mechanics of it right took a lot of hard work – namely from Kate. 'The thing is, it’s very easy to move the pencil across the page, but this is actually the woman who has to do it.

'This is the woman who has to fall backwards of the wall from quite a height into the river. And, she actually had to come out of the real River Thames in the freezing cold – it was November by then.'

'She just got on with it,' Jennifer added.

Just as we thought – good on ya Kate!

In terms of what she was like to work alongside of, Jennifer said she was 'so easy to get on with'. And far from being fussy or demanding, when it came to things like hair and make-up, Kate would walk on set and just ask 'anyone' to do it.

That's our Kate – super[model] by name, super by nature. We can't wait to see her in action.
