If you've tuned into The Kardashian's over the last few weeks you will know that Kendall Jenner's main story line (when she's notarguing with Scott Disick,) is about her obsession with health and wellness. However, we couldn't quite predict the cost of keeping her wellness habit going (hint, it's very expensive.)

The supermodel was previously seen earlier in the season getting NAD IV therapy, with her friend Hailey Beiber, admitting she's very focused on her health. This focus apparently comes with a big cheque as Kendall's wellness room reportedly features over $100K advanced health technology. During the season finale of The Kardashians , Kendall Jenner's shows us around her home. She is then spotted getting out of a Vitaeris 320 hyperbaric chamber - which retails for as much as $23K. The camera then pans to her HyperMax Oxygen Therapy machine that retails for $3K.

She explained, 'For the past couple of years, I've been just really like loving health. I don't know, it's become an obsession,' adding she is a 'major hypochondriac.' Kendall adds that her friends, 'all make fun of me' and she has this 'whole new room in my house that has all these crazy gadgets and gizmos,' as she's seen getting out of the chamber with her laptop.

Kendall says in her confessional that her health obsession, 'is honestly kind of embarrassing, it's crazy,' as the cameras show another expensive 'gadget' - a TheraLight 360 red light therapy bed, which retails for $78K. She concludes that she's so obsessed with health that, ironically, it might be actually an unhealthy habit. The reality star explained her wellness routine detailing that she stays in the hyperbaric chamber for an 'hour or more,' adding before she just got out she was, 'answering emails and watching a Netflix show.'

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy involves breathing pure oxygen in a pressurized environment. This wellness method dates back to the 1940's and is a well-established treatment for decompression sickness and was mostly used for sea divers. In a hyperbaric oxygen therapy chamber, the air pressure is increased two to three times higher than normal air pressure. Under these conditions, your lungs can gather much more oxygen than would be possible breathing pure oxygen at normal air pressure.

It would later be used to help treat carbon monoxide poisoning, cyanide poisoning and various injuries. In recent years, celebs such as LeBron James and Justin Bieberhave been very vocal about their use of the wellness trend. Today the chambers are also used by athletes to boost performance and speed up the healing process, and by celebrities as an anti-aging treatment. It also has other health benefits including increased energy and stamina, wound healing, improved cognitive function and pain relief.

Stars like Olivia Munn and Chrissy Teigenare also flocking to red light therapy like Kendall as well, which is a more natural way to prevent wrinkles. This well known expensive treatment is said to increase blood flow and oxygen, which helps speed up the cellular process and increase collagen production.
