Toni Braxton Just Revealed She Uses A Vibrator As A Facial Massage Tool And We’re Kinda Into It…

It’s no secret that beauty gadgets are a brilliant way to supercharge your skincare routine. Often spotted in the hands of many a beauty editor and A-lister alike - derma rollers, cleansing brushes, LED devices (to name a few) can fast-track your way to a healthier, more radiant complexion. Sharing her entire beauty regime in a Vogue tutorial, singer-songwriter Toni Braxton just admitted she too relies on an, erm, innovative tool to keep her skin feeling fresh. The tool in question? A vibrator. That’s right – the kind of vibrator usually reserved for down there…not, up here.

Calling on a mixture of high-street and luxury staples, Braxton begins her skincare tutorial with the Aveeno Clear Complexion Foaming Facial Cleanser, £6.51, before working in the Lancer Intensive Night Treatment, £65, and Lancer Legacy Eye Treatment Duo, £450(!). So far, so good. Next, Braxton whips out a purple device. ‘This thing right here, OK, I’m going to be honest – it is a vibrator. But I call it a face tingler,’ Braxton admits. ‘It tingles the muscles in my face and gets them activated and working. I haven’t used it on anything else other than my face, OK? Just FYI.’ Top tip? Braxton says that she sometimes pops it in the freezer to keep it cold for an extra skin boost. ‘It activates all those muscles, gets them together. We are working today; we are going to be cute today!’

Proving there’s a method in the madness, the singer’s skin is positively glowing. And whether that’s down to the vibrator or the products she uses (or a combination of the two) – this skincare regime is clearly working for Braxton. Let’s be honest, the device is not all that different from many other beauty gadgets out there used for the same purpose – to massage, depuff and boost circulation. We’re, ever so slightly, sold.
