By now most would agree that Georgia 'Toff' Toffolo, 26, is a bona fide national sweetheart. The presenter, reality TV star and author (Georgia's third fiction novel, Meet Me In Tahiti, is due to be published in September) first shot to fame in E4's Made in Chelsea before being cherry-picked by ITV producers for the seventeenth series of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here!. It didn't take long before Georgia won viewers' hearts en masse and - much to her own disbelief - went on to win the whole darned show along with that coveted crown. Georgia has since hosted segments on This Morning, and this year came on board with supplements brand Vital Proteins as an ambassador. Who wouldn't want to get involved with a name that can count Jennifer Aniston as their Chief Creative Officer? Here Georgia talks to Grazia's Beauty Editor Annie Vischer about her supplement strategy, her skincare journey, and the biggest beauty lessons she learned during her time on Made In Chelsea.

On Daily Supplements

'At the moment I'm taking two scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides 567g, £39.99. I actually used the Vital Proteins online calculator to figure out exactly how much I should be taking, it's a great way to go about it.' Try out the Vital Proteins collagen calculator here. 'So I have my two scoops every morning in water. I'm a bit strange in that I don't drink tea or coffee, so I needed a supplement that I could drink in a glass of water and this mixes in perfectly. I was really impressed when I first tried it.' So how does it feel working with a brand that boasts Jennifer Aniston as its Chief Creative Officer? 'I'm completely obsessed with how the relationship between her and the brand started,' says Georgia, 'I love how organic the partnership is.' Jennifer Aniston had been using Vital Proteins for years before she came on board with the brand in a more official capacity. Jennifer said in a statement: 'I’ve always been an advocate for nourishing your wellness from within, which is why I started using Vital Proteins so many years ago.' It's clear that Georgia has unrivalled levels of respect for the A-list actor. 'Jennifer Aniston is a mega badass and a total smoke show. I'm really proud to work with a brand she rates so highly.'

On Her Earliest Beauty Memories

'I think it would probably be rude of me not to mention Estée Lauder Double Wear Foundation, £35. I'd always struggled with my skin and finding this stuff was a game-changer for me. It boosted my confidence. Then, one time I was on set and discovered Estée Lauder Double Wear Maximum Cover Camouflage Makeup for Face and Body, £35. It's the next level up in coverage, it offers so much that make-up artists use it on set to cover up tattoos. I took such refuge in this product at the time.'

'Then there are certain scents that play into my memories too. Chanel No5 is very nostalgic for me, it reminds me of my mum.'

On Her Skin Journey

'Where do I start?! At school I had a few dozen spots and my acne slowly and progressively became more severe. Being on I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here was a huge turning point for me. I did a lousy job at hiding my skin like I normally would. Nobody had really seen it when I was on Made In Chelsea, the show has a filter that makes everyone look very polished. Of course, when I went out to Australia suddenly everyone knew that I had spots and breakouts, at the time I had severe cystic acne. When I came out of the jungle after the finishing the show my mum said to me, "You know, the thing I'm most proud of you for is the way you've embraced your skin". I got a bit of trolling online when I first came back home, comments like "pizza face", horrible. I was due to appear on This Morning and the show's editor asked me to stare down a camera lens, take my make-up off, reel off some of the nasty things that people had said to me and completely own it. I pushed myself to do it even though I was shaking and upset. It was the best thing I ever did. Soon after this supportive community formed around me on social media and I had so many young boys and girls messaging me about their own struggles. As I sit here now my acne doesn't affect me nearly as much as it used to. It's been a long old journey but I'm feeling really positive.'

On The Beauty Lessons She Learned Filming Made In Chelsea

'If you have a feeling you're about to get dumped wear waterproof mascara! That's a big one. Mark Francis actually recommended a great product to me. He and I lived together in LA years ago and I was always getting upset because I had quite noticeable acne scars. He told me about Clarins Instant Smooth Perfecting Touch, £26.50. It's a brilliant primer that I use to this day. It evens out texture, which is great if that's what you're after. I wouldn't be without it.'
