It's been more than a decade since the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge exchanged vows in Westminster Abbey, and today, on their 11th anniversary, royal wedding nostalgia is having a moment. There's a lot to look back on, particularly when it comes to beauty. Remember when rumours abounded that Kate Middleton was doing her own make-up for, perhaps, the most photographed day of her life? And that she used a trusty line up of Bobbi Brown products on the big day itself? While we're yet to get to the bottom of those claims, we're fairly certain that we've pinpointed the exact nail polish Kate wore for the occasion.

It was widely reported that pro manicurist, Marina Sandoval, was in charge of Kate's bridal manicure, and that she used a combination of Essie Nail Polish in Allure, £7.99, and Bourjois So Laque Nail Enamel in Rose Lounge - a nail polish that has since been discontinued - to achieve it.

Using a blend of two nail polishes seems to be de rigueur for royal weddings. Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, reportedly mixed two shades of CND Shellac together for her big day. Find out which shades she used ahead of your next salon appointment here.

While we might not be able to get our hands on Kate's Bourjois shade, Essie's Nail Polish in Allure is still very much available - the milky shade of varnish is an Essie staple - and most will be able to pick up a bottle of the stuff in their local Boots. That, or you can shop the royal-wedding-ready shade below:
