On Her Ultimate Re-entry Make-up Look
'My routine before lockdown had been a bit slapdash and more centred on covering up rather than enhancing what I had. Lockdown landed me with more time on my hands and I’ve leaned into skincare more as a result. I’ve tried to appreciate my own skin. Now I use Code 8 Radiate Beauty Balm, £41, to even out my complexion, then I coat my top lashes in By Terry Lash Expert Twist Mascara in Black, £25, which is great for lift. I apply a smudge of MAC Cosmetics Powder Kiss Lipstick in Mull It Over, £19, on my lips and I pop the same lipstick onto my cheeks too to tie in the look. Throughout the day I keep a hydrating face mist in my bag so I can freshen my skin up on the go after removing my face mask, Super Facialist do a lovely Rose Hydrate Soothing Facial Mist, £9.'

On Changing Up Her Make-up Routine For Holidays
'I become a bit of an SPF freak on holiday. I wear my SPF at home too but when I’m away I carry a squad of them! Murad City Skin Age Defense Broad Spectrum SPF 50, £60, is my fave for travelling as it doesn’t leave a white residue. I also switch my BB cream or foundation for By Terry's Brightening CC Serum in Sunny Flash, £61, over the top of my SPF which I find gives me a really healthy glow without looking like I’m wearing makeup.'
On The One Make-Up Tip She Thinks Everyone Should Know
'This is a very recent tip of mine but since I hit my 30’s and the fine lines have crept in I’ve switched up the way I apply my under eye concealer. I hydrate the area with two layers of eye serum and cream (Aurelia Brightening Eye Serum, £48, and Kate Somerville Kateceuticals Lifting Eye Cream, £105, are my faves} then I prime my under-eye area and lids with my secret weapon! Suqqu Smooth Cover Primer, £45. I then add a tiny amount of Code 8 Seamless Cover Skin Perfecting Concealer, £27, and NO POWDER It sounds crazy to me not to ‘bake’ it but it really works, it stays hydrated and lasts all day.'
On Her Best Mask-Proof Make-Up Discoveries
'I wasn’t really into the liquid-to-matte formula lipsticks that did the rounds at the beginning of lockdown. I stayed loyal to Mac Powder Kiss Lipstick, which is matte but not drying. I did realise how much more important my eyes were when wearing a mask so I’ve been perfecting an all day eye look. The MAC Cosmetics Brushstroke 24-Hour Liner, £17.50, in my kit is probably the best smudge-proof liner I’ve used, and I love a good mascara. I rotate between By Terry Lash Expert Twist Mascara in Black, £25, Chantecaille Faux Cils Longest Lash Mascara, £63, and Christian Louboutin Beauty Les Yeux Noirs Lash Amplifying Lacquer Kohl, £59, which are all ten out of ten.'
It was important to me that everyone could enjoy the kit
On Curating The MAC x Lorna Luxe Edit (Worth Over £100!)
'The hero product for me even before I began curating the kit was the lipstick - I’d worn MAC Cosmetics Powder Kiss Lipstick in Mull It over since it’s launch 3 years ago and was a true fan. It became my signature lip. The brief for the kit was 'summer jet set' so next came the Prep+Prime Fix+ which I use so often when I travel. It’s a great way to add hydration but also works as a formidable setting mist. The Brushstroke 24-Hour Liner in the kit is a personal go-to and a great way of creating a soft glam cat eye flick. Mineralise blush in Warm Soul is a MAC classic and illuminates all skin tones. It was important to me that everyone could enjoy the kit. Then finally we chose MAC's Powerglass Lip Gloss in Apout A Girl, which pairs beautifully with the Powder Kiss Lipstick in Mull it Over and really finishes off such an effortlessly pretty look.'
