We can always count on Jennifer Aniston's Instagram page to deliver BTS content - keep those backstage glimpses of The Morning Show coming Jen -, insights into her wellness regime - read up on how Jen takes her collagen every morning here - and yes, an occasional snippet of her regular reunions with fellow Friends cast members, most often Lisa Kudrow and Courteney Cox. Since the launch of her haircare brand, LolaVie though, her followers have been treated to a healthy dose of hair-related content too.

Last night Jen took to Instagram to showcase her natural curls. Her caption read, 'okay humidity....let's go'. She even added the famous 'it's the humidity!' Friends reference to her Stories. For those who are unfamiliar, in a season nine Friends episode - 'The One In Barbados Part 1' -, Monica's hair succumbs to, you guessed it! The humidity, and frizzes up to unrecognisable levels. Monica's defensive yell, 'it's the humidity!', is one of the best known lines in the enduring TV series.

Rewind back to the first season of Friends and you'll remember that Jen's natural waves were initially Rachel's go-to style. Season two saw 'the Rachel cut' take centre stage - a shoulder-length, layered, glossy blow-dry - and after that Jen's curls were rarely seen again. Jen's followers seemed to appreciate their recent revival. Actress Ali Wentworth commented 'sexy bed hair' and Sara Foster also said she was 'very into it.'
