It's bye bye blonde for Brie Larson, who has swapped her trademark caramel hue for a dramatic shade of fiery red.
The Oscar-winning actress, who recently confirmed her engagement to boyfriend Alex Greenwald, was photographed leaving an LA salon earlier this week with her newly coloured hair. While the jump from blonde to red certainly isn't for the faint hearted, we think Brie's new, rusty shade of auburn suits her perfectly.
The Room star isn't the only A-lister to join the red-head brigade this summer. Actresses Lily Collins and Emma Roberts have both debuted copper-toned colour in the last few weeks: while Collins has chosen for a vibrant shade of fire engine red, Roberts opted for an Instagram-worthy shade of rose gold.
According to the Daily Mail, Brie's colour switch-up is for her latest role as journalist Jeannette Walls in upcoming film The Glass Castle. The film, which will commence production next month, is an adaptation of Jeanette's memoirs of the same title, which will also star Naomi Watts and Woody Harrelson.
