Following last week’s revelation that the gin crisis has been averted (thank goodness), we have some other exciting news regarding our favourite tipple.
The very first gin school has opened in Ireland. Listoke Distillery in County Louth are now inviting gin lovers to come and learn all about the art of making the perfect G&T.
The course will start with a tour of the beautiful Listoke Estate and an introduction to the history of the 200 year distillery.
You will then discover three different gin profiles before creating your own bespoke gin.
Your masterpiece will then be distilled, bottled and sealed for you to take home (or drink right there and then).
G&T’s will be served throughout the class as well as pizzas from their wood-fired brick oven. Pizza and gin? Sounds like a perfect day.
