Get ready Selling Sunset fans! Very soon we will be back in sunny LA following the glamorous real estate agents at the Oppenheim group. From the season fiveteaser, it looks like we have a lot of juicy drama to look forward to - and the stand-out storyline will likely be Chrishell Stauseand Jason Oppenheim'sshort-lived romance.

Chelsea Lazkani is British- Nigerian and the newest real estate agent on the scene. Shehas a degree from University of Birmingham and a masters oil and gas economics from The University of Dundee. According to PEOPLE, she started out in the corporate world working as a business strategist before exiting that world in 2017 to get her real estate license. She later joined Los Angeles agency Rodeo Realty. Therefore, she has a lot of experience in selling luxury real estate and should fit right in with the other ladies.

Chelsea is married. In fact, she was introduced to her new boss Jason through her husband, which further helped her to ease into her new role. There is one agent in particular she has grown close with. She has said, 'I just adore Christine.We have such a great relationship.' However, she has stated she has not taken sides when it comes to the girls' drama and has made friends with everyone. 'I'm like a lone soldier. I ebb and flow, and I don't really move at those vibrations,' she added. 'I understand they may have had drama, but I am here to form my own unique relationships.'
'Emma and I have a very special connection. I think the world of Chrishell,' she continued. 'To be honest with you, I just have a budding relationship with all the girls. I'm still getting to know some of them, but I didn't know them before the show.'
What has Chelsea Lazkani said about joining Selling Sunset?
Teasing what fans can expect from the upcoming season, Chelsea said,' It is so juicy, I will say it's really electric.' She adds, 'It's nothing you've ever seen before on TV.'
She also toldPEOPLE, 'I think having the support of my husband and my family really essentially prepared me to take on this big role and this big opportunity.
'But for me personally, I saw this as an opportunity to really open doors in an industry that has lacked diversity and where minorities are underrated.'
'I feel like with great opportunities comes great responsibility,' she continued. 'This was kind of my time to give back and to educate and really mentor and push forward Black women in this luxury sector in real estate. So just knowing that I've got a greater purpose kind of prepared me for this.'.
Before joining the show, Chelsea didn't know any of her fellow agents, but says working with them has 'really inspired her.' She explained, 'It kind of helps me see my future trajectory by being around so many successful women. 'It helps materialise the fact that I can be selling $20 million, $30 million, $40 million homes, seeing other women in close proximity to me doing it.'
Season 5 of Selling Sunset will be available to stream April 22 on Netflix.
