Yes, we might have already binged the whole of Selling Sunset season four in a day when dropped on Netflix. We might have Googled what Escrow meant. But we still want to know: when is season five dropping? Because we just can't get enough.

And, luckily, we have some good news for fans of the catfights and property porn, season five arrives on 22nd of April. Rejoice! To be honest, this might seem premature to drop another series, but it makes sense as the seasons have been filmed together - and season two and three only had a small gap between their release dates.

As well as new British real estate agent Chelsea Lazkani joining the cast, we can also exclusively reveal that season 5 will have a reunion episode. Queer Eye's Tan France will host the special reunion event - get ready for more drama!

Of course, we're expecting that one of the biggest storylines in the next season is going to be Chrishell and her boss Jason's blossoming romance, as we didn't really see much of it in season four. (Apart from these subtle clues we spotted - I mean, Jason did tell Chrishell she looked hot.) In the teaser for season five, the pair are seen kissing and telling everyone that they're 'not doing anything criminal'. So we're presuming it might cause a bit of chaos at The Oppenheim Group, then. As season four and five were filmed at the same time, we can also presume that new agents Emma and Vanessa are here to stay. More drama, please.

Meryl Streep

The woman, the myth, the legend! Even Meryl approves of The Oppenheim Group, as she bought a house in the Hollywood Hills in 2014 with the help of the group. The price tag? A casual $4.5million.

Orlando Bloom

When we said the group had some A-list clients, we weren't lying. Orlando bought - and then relisted and renovated - his $7million house through the group. He set to make a bit of profit, too - as it's on the market for almost $9million.

Alesso

As newbie Emma kept on mentioning on the series, she had DJ Alesso as a client. His $6.495million home has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, which she did successfully sell.

French Montana

Personally, my favourite moment of the series was when French Montana asked Mary over FaceTime if she was capable of selling his house - but anyway, she does sell the house, which includes a recording studio, for a nice $5million.

Nicole Scherzinger

Are Nicole Scherzinger and Jason pals? Maybe, because he was the agent for her when she bought a $3.7million Hollywood Hills 'bachelorette pad'.

Simu Liu

Marvel actor Simu Liu reached out to Chrishell on Twitter, and then appeared on the fourth series - much to the dismay of Chrishell's now-partner Jason - so he can now add reality star to his very impressive CV.

Chloë Grace Moretz

So most of us can only ever imagine buying a super fancy house in the Hollywood Hills, but Chloë Grace Moretz did just that at 19 - and she worked closely with Jason, who later in an interview called her 'great' and her family 'thoughtful and easy-going'.

Ellen DeGeneres

We imagine The Oppenheim Group made some serious commission when they sold the talk show host 'the best house in LA'. Predictably, the best house in LA cost a fair bit - $40million - but it does have nine bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

Dakota Johnson

The 50 Shades actress bought a three-bedroom $3million house from The Oppenheim Group way back in 2017. Obviously it has a pool, and top-notch security. But it's really very pretty, and she gave a tour of her home to Architectural Digest which you can watch here if you're feeling nosy.
