Killing Eve series 4 has landed – Sandra Oh and Jodie Comer fans rejoice! The first episode is already available to stream on BBC iPlayer now, and will air on BBC One on Saturday 5 march at 9.15pm, with new episodes released weekly. Here's everything we know about the new season of Killing Eve so far.

What do we know about the plot for Killing Eve Series 4?

The executive producer of the show Sally Woodward Gentle teased, 'Eve and Villanelle, having left each other in total turmoil on Tower Bridge at the end of season 3, are thrown into season 4 trying to figure out what they mean to each other and what their lives now stand for.

'And while Carolyn has shot a man in cold blood, she is trying to find out who is responsible for the hit on her son. This one is going to be a lot more personal and passionate than the seasons before,' she added.

In the first episode of season 4, Villanelle is trying to turn over a new leaf and prove to Eve that she is now a 'good' person. Meanwhile Eve - who is now working for a private security firm - has turned into a total badass: in the season opener she rocks up clad in leathers on a motorbike, and shoots someone. As well as trying to put an end to The Twelve, she has a new love interest in her colleague Yusuf (Robert Gilbert) who is not only supportive of, but an active accomplice in Eve's quest for revenge.

Is there a trailer for Killing Eve Series 4?

The season 4 trailer gives us a glimpse into what's in store for the rest of season 4. More violence, more sexual tension and more showdowns between Eve and Villanelle.

Will there be a Killing Eve Series 5?

Sadly, BBC America previously announced that series 4 will be the FINAL instalment for the Killing Eve franchise.

Jodie Comer previously opened up about the show coming to an end. Talking to Harper's Bazaar, she admitted, 'I’m trying not to think about it too much, honestly. It’s sad, you know? I’ve been with this character for a really, really long time.'

Still, she added that she has made peace with the show ending, explaining, 'I would rather we ended on a good note and kept our integrity, instead of going on and on, and being kicked out the door.'
