Selling Sunset's Christine Quinn has appeared in court over the past few days, amid her divorce from husband Christian Richard Dumontet - know as Christian Richard to Netflix viewers.
Christian Richard, 45, and Christine, 35, are currently in the middle of a separation, with the split coming after the tech entrepreneur was arrested for a domestic violence charge allegedly relating to his wife and their two-year-old son. According to reports, Richard was first brought into police custody on Tuesday 19 March after throwing a bag with a glass bottle at wife Christine in their Los Angeles home. He missed Christine, reportedly hitting their two-year-old son, also called Christian, in the process. The child was later taken to hospital in an ambulance.
The Los Angeles Police department told People, 'Victim and suspect were involved in a domestic dispute. The suspect threw a bag containing a glass bottle at the victim, missed the victim, but the object hit the victim’s child causing injury.' Richard was then arrested, and Christine was granted a week long emergency protective order.
As reported by Page Six, Richard was then arrested for a second time on Wednesday 20 March after he returned to his and Christine's home, breaching the restraining order. He was released on bail on the morning of Thursday 21 March.

Christian, 41, is a retired tech entrepreneur. Working in software engineering, he rose to fame by creating one of the first online food delivery companies. According to previous interviews with Christine, Christian attended MIT university and specialised in engineering.
Christian created a food company named Foodler, which is an American online food ordering service that connects consumers with a wide variety of restaurants. In 2017, Christian sold Foodler to competitor GrubHub for $51 million, and retiring at 38. His net worth is currently reported as $20 million.

Christine met Christian in 2018 through a mutual friend, who first introduced the pair while Christian was looking for a house. At the time, Christine told Women’s Health, ‘The house he ended up purchasing was actually my dream home before I even met Christian. I remember prior to meeting him, I would sit in that open house every Sunday and picture myself living there, getting coffee with my husband, and that manifestation came true — I now live in the house that I envisioned myself in with my husband.’
The two got engaged on Valentine's Day in 2018, and married less than a year later in 2019.

The ceremony - which proved a hit with fans - also featured other wild additions, including black swans, a blood-covered wedding cake, and plenty of snow.

After months of rumours, Christine quit real-estate company The Oppenheim Group in 2022, subsequently leaving reality show Selling Sunset. In the season five reunion, her former boss Jason Oppenheim said: 'In the future, if she takes real estate seriously, if I can get an understanding of her perspective on things, if she changes her behaviour, if she brings in a big listing... There's a lot of reasons where I would consider her having a place at the Oppenheim Group. But I have to say that right now, there isn't a place.'
After quitting reality TV, Christine went on to set up her own cryptocurrency brokerage called Real Open with Christian, who was an early adopter of cryptocurrency including Bitcoin. She also released her own book, titled How To Be A Boss Bitch.
