The 75th BAFTA Awards saw Dune scoop up the most awards, with five wins in technical categories, but the big awards of the night went to The Power Of The Dog, winning Best Film and Best Director for Jane Campion (which Benedict Cumberbatch accepted on her behalf, as she was not at the ceremony).
After being snubbed for an Oscar, Lady Gaga didn't take home the BAFTA for Best Leading Actress (much to the disappointment of the Little Monsters). Instead the award went to British actress Joanna Scanlan for the film After Love.
Will Smith won Best Leading Actor but was not in attendance at the ceremony - which is always a bit of a letdown - but bringing some much-needed energy to the night was West Side Story's Ariana DeBose who took Best Supporting Actress and Bond star Lashana Lynch who was named the EE BAFTA Rising Star for 2022.
