(Spoiler alerts, obviously.) There was a big reveal on Thursday's episode of And Just Like That... And it wasn't Miranda finally telling Steve she wants a divorce. Rather, it was Harry's penis. Amazingly, it was only the second time male nudity has been included in Sex And The City (which seems completely wild given the nature of the show and how many boobs we saw). Anyway, it was when Charlotte decided to give her husband a blowjob in the morning - after she'd given him a fitness ring (?) - when their daughter Lily walked in on them about to do the act.

What we know now though, listening to the podcast The Writers Room, which accompanies the show, is that a) it wasn't actually wasn't actor Evan Handler's dick, as it was a prosthetic and b) the size was a deliberate choice by the writers, as they wanted to reference back to how much Charlotte enjoyed sex with Harry (after all, that was the reason they ended up together) in the original series.

'I decided, many people agreed with me, that he would have a substantial penis. Because one of the things that Charlotte says about Harry in Sex And The City is [their] great sex life: that she's repulsed by it, but she wants him,' showrunner Michael Patrick King said, before adding the caveat: 'And not that your sex life is dependent on your penis size. But when you're going to show his penis, let's let's make it be something that's a nice size.'

Explaining the choice behind the big reveal, Michael said: 'It wasn't enough for us to have it happen [like] in other TV shows where you never see the dick.' He also said he wanted Charlotte and Harry to have a 'spontaneous' and 'healthy' sex life, as that was the opposite to Miranda and Steve's now-sexless marriage.

But that wasn't it for knob appearances in the episode. In a later scene, there's another full-frontal male nudity scene, when Carrie knocks on the door of her new neighbours - and a towel accidentally drops to the floor. We couldn't help but wonder, did Samantha direct this episode?
