Ivana Trump is writing a memoir about her marriage to ex-husband and president of the United States, Donald Trump.
The book, titled Raising Trump, will focus on Ivana's story of “motherhood strength, and resilience”, as she brought up the couple's three children.
“As her former husband takes his place as the 45th president of the United States, his children have also been thrust into the media spotlight,” read a statement from the memoir's publishers, Gallery Books.
“But it is Ivana who raised them and proudly instilled in them what she believes to be the most important life lessons: loyalty, honesty, integrity, and drive.”
Infidelity and divorce
Ivana, a skiing pro from the Czech Republic, married Donald in 1977. The pair went onto have three children - Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric - while growing the billion-dollar Trump real estate empire.
They divorced in 1992, amid the fallout of Donald's well-publicised marital infidelity.
The mogul later admitted that he may have continued cheating on his wife with actress Marla Maples, had their affair not been made public.
"My life was so great in so many ways. The business was so great... a beautiful girlfriend, a beautiful wife, a beautiful everything. Life was just a bowl of cherries," he said in a 1994 interview with ABC News.
Instead, he went onto marry Marla, the mother of his youngest daughter Tiffany. They divorced in 1999.
An "amazing mom"
Ivana says she decided to write her memoir - which is described as "non-political" - after receiving compliments about her three adult children, who all played a prominent role in their father's election campaign.
The book, released in September, will also cover Ivana's childhood in then-Czechoslovakia and her move to the West.
It will include recollections from Ivanka, Eric and Don Jr., who said they were "excited" about the memoir and called Ivana an "amazing mom".
