We like to let you know when there's some joy in the world, and where to find it because, you know, 2020.

So, today, may we so boldly suggest that you follow Loose Women's Nadia Sawalha's Instagram account (which is full of lovely, kind body positivity and parenting tips).

But, specifically, may we suggest you watch her Instagram Reels where she speaks over audio of Kim Kardashian showing off her Skims underwear range.

Maybe it's the comedy faces, maybe it's the underwear that looks very like ours, or maybe it's because she calls them Skids instead, but we can't stop watching them, or laughing at them.

And to be honest, isn't that what we all need right now.

In case you've not seen them yet, Nadia lip-syncs over the top of audio of Kim talking about her Skims line while rifling through her own underwear drawer and showing off her shapewear.

We think we lost it when she got to the bit about thongs. It's pitchy perfect.

'This is my vibe' (below) also had us falling around laughing.

Honestly, Nadia is great for a boost when you need some body positivity. In a recent video of her enjoying herself by the swimming pool, she wrote: 'Years ago I got papped on a beach in a bikini and the article discussed how I could dare to go on the beach at the size I was . I was a "size" 14.

'Sadly this fucked me up for years ...to the point where I literally never "dared" to go on the beach or by the pool again in a bikini again without a cover up on. Thank god those days are well and truly in the past ! I feel as joyful and liberated in this video as I look !!'

'FREEDOM from my OWN and OTHERS "STINKING THINKING" is a wonderful thing. I have a dream that my daughters and yours won’t have to go through the body fascism so many of US have had to. But that dream can only come true if we all work hard to make a change by being kinder to ourselves and others #letsnotjudgeeachother'

And, oh, one final one.

This, we just love THIS, having many times accidentally drunk too much wine.

Thank. You. Nadia.
