We Thought We Couldn’t Love Stacey Solomon Any More – Then She Did THIS To Help Her PMS…

We are 100 per cent doing this next time we get PMS

Stacey Solomon has always been a trailblazer - tap to tidies, sticking fake eyelashes on a pumpkin to make a unicorn pumpkin (trust us) and fully embracing full summer and autumn door displays.

But wait until you hear this one - our Queen has been drinking melted Ben & Jerrys in bed, from a straw, to help her through some bad PMS.

And now we aaaaalmost can't wait until it's time for our period.

It all started last night when Stacey shared the three signs that she's always about to come on. A deep need for ice cream (Phish Food, we respect that), a chin spot/beast/entity and the ability to cry at the drop of a hat.

Fair play to Stacey, she curled up in bed with said ice cream and leaned the hell into it.

Until the genius really struck this morning...

Openly admitting that she was eating the melted ice cream that had sat on her bedside table all night, Stacey did a little check in with her army of Instagram followers about whether it was actually advisable to drink ice cream that'd been out for several hours.

Well, we'd have gone yes, but that's just us.

Stacey then cemented her stories to Queen Tier status by upping her game and just sticking a straw in there for the rest of the melty goodness.

'I love you lot so much,' she said. 'The general consensus is, "It is not recommended' but worst case scenario, you'll get the trots! I can live with that! Chin chin!'

Stacey then went on to say that she had got 'the full on hump' with boyfriend Joe Swash for going to work... but that she'd have been mad if he'd stayed at home.

And to be honest, PMS or not, we feel that.

So thanks Stacey - we're off to stock up on Ben & Jerrys ready for when the time comes. Or tonight. Whichever.
