Archie Steals The Show In Meghan And Harry’s First Podcast Episode

Two days after his birth, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex shared their son's name, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, with the world alongside a picture of him being introduced to his great-grandmother, Her Majesty The Queen, at Windsor Castle. The Duke of Edinburgh and Meghan's mother, Doria Ragland, were also present for this special occasion.

Archie also made his public debut on this day at Windsor castle in the arms of his dad and alongside his mum.

On her very first Mother's Day (in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Kenya, Japan and several countries across Europe, that is), Meghan shared a photo of Archie's teeny tiny little feet with a quote from 'lands' by Nayyirah Waheed: 'mymotherwasmy first country;the first place i ever lived.'

In honour of his first Father's Day, Prince Harry shared a photo of little Archie wrapping his hand around his father's finger.

On the day of Archie's baptism, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex shared two pictures of the event. The first showed Archie in the royal christening gown, which has been worn by royal infants for the last 11 years, surrounded by the royal family and his grandmother, Doria Ragland.

The second picture shared on the day of his baptism was an intimate portrait of Archie and his parents, Meghan and Harry.

Archie's second public appearance came two months after his birth when he watched his dad, Prince Harry, play in a charity polo match with Prince William. Archie's aunt, the Duchess of Cambridge, and his cousins, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis were there, too.

On the Duke of Sussex's birthday, Meghan shared a collage of pictures to celebrate and if you look in the bottom right corner, you'll see a new picture of Archie. The post contained a birthday message from Meghan to Harry that read, 'Your service to the causes you care so deeply for inspires me every day. You are the best husband and most amazing dad to our son. We love you ❤ufe0fHappiest birthday!' Aww.

Little Archie was next seen a few months later while in South Africa on his first royal tour with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

While in South Africa, Archie met Archbishop Desmond Tutu and these adorable pictures happened.

In celebration of the new year, Meghan and Harry shared a very sweet picture of Harry and Archie together in which Archie is wearing the cutest pom-pom hat we've ever seen.

To celebrate Archie's birthday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex released an adorable video showing Meghan reading Archie one of his favourite books, Duck! Rabbit!, to support Save the Children's Save With Stories initiative, aimed at helping children hardest hit by the coronavirus pandemic across the world.

For their second Christmas as a family of three, Meghan and Harry shared an illustrated Christmas card showing them, their son and their two dogs in honour of a personal donation made by the couple to The Mayhew, a non-profit working to improve the life of cats and dogs.
